I figured even though I've missed writing down a lot of the large things happening in my life the past 2 years, I don't care. You have to start somewhere, and putting it off only makes the task more daunting. Also, my ideas and opinions change a lot and I'd like to keep track of each change :)For all you people out there (I know there's billions) who are reading this so you can stay up-to-date on the life of Becky, I'll fill you in: Trevor (my husband of almost 2 years now) and I live in Taylorsville in a very "middle class as far as apartments go" apartment. We have 2 bedrooms, one of which we can't seem to use for anything except storage and junk. We can't bring ourselves to throw any of it away... even though we never use it. We've tried having a cat and a fish,
neither of which worked out for very long (but those are a different story). We suck terribly at keeping our kitchen clean, although, right now we're in the part of the cycle where we keep it clean for about 2 weeks. I hope this one lasts longer than the last. My eventual goal is that we will make
our clean portion of the cycle last longer and longer, until one day, it just stays clean. But for now, as many of you know, if you come to my house unannounced, you will not be allowed past the living room. I've included a photo of my amazingly clean kitchen for those of you who have not been allowed in there to see it, or who have not seen it clean.

band on weekends. Ryan and Rhiannon are our favorites
(don't tell anyone, but really, it's obvious). That part of our lives seems to be coming to a close as Ryan's old best friend moved in with him, and I don't think I need to explain... We're still awesome together, I just don't think it will ever be the same. The band also is in a new phase since their drummer just quit and they need a new one. I have the feeling this will be a very new experience for ALL of them, and us (meaning the women of the band), because they always felt like the band would be original members or death. We'll see.

Trevor, frankly, less so than me :) And with Trevor's brother and his family moving away to Ohio this week, it would seem we will be spending less and less time with family. On Trevor's side, Brett and Liz are the only ones with kids so far, and they constitute pretty much half of his entire family. Trevor also seemed to connect most with Brett. Now that they are gone, the lack of relationships we have with the others is more apparent. I'm actually very unsure about how things will go from here with Trevor's family. We love them all, don't get me wrong. It just feels like extremely new territory, that honestly, I wasn't and am not very willing to tread.
We've been trying to find out how to change our lives so that Trevor can go back to school. He's
never been a person who is satisfied with his job, and I hope going to school will one day fix that problem. It's going to be freaking tough. We want to lower our rent by $200/month, and in the meantime obsolve some of our debt so that we can save money there as well. Realistically thinking, he probably won't start school for another year because we've gotten our lifestyle so far away from schoolness, but I think we both want it enough for it to happen. I think we're realizing that our lives will be the way they are now forever if we don't do something different.

I can see myself writing way too much, and way too often; so here's my official apology to anyone who hates it: I'm sorry. But not really.
